Opinion PER CURIAM The plaintiffs sued the Attorney General for defamation, but the circuit court granted summary Disposition on the ground that he is immune from tort liability when acting within the scope of his executive authority. The Court of Appeals reversed. We agree that the Attorney General is immune from this suit, and we therefore reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals and reinstate the judgment of the Court of Claims. I
